By accessing and using TubeStudio Pro (the "Service", "Extension", or "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

TubeStudio Pro provides a browser extension that automates the process of uploading and scheduling videos on YouTube Studio. The software operates locally on your machine and performs clicks and inputs on your behalf.

3. Third-Party Platforms (YouTube)

TubeStudio Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their automated uploads comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We are not liable for any account suspensions, bans, or penalties incurred on third-party platforms as a result of using our automation tools.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Creator Pro"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly). You can cancel your subscription at any time through the secure Stripe Customer Portal provided in your Dashboard.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TubeStudio Pro, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
